An authorised reviewer admits the precedent for reuse. Sijill preserves the reason and the source version. Restricted matter material stays outside this user’s evidence.

The approved source becomes available to the workflow. The reader can follow the result back to the exact source version and its review status.

Withdraw that precedent and it leaves future reuse. Keep the history. If a source version changes, stored analysis is marked for review. Institutional knowledge must remain accountable as it changes.

Sijill governs the knowledge and workflow. sccc provides the agreed cloud environment and operations. The customer retains its knowledge.

The evaluation must verify isolation, model endpoints, support access, logging and recovery. Saudi hosting alone does not establish the complete processing boundary.
